Itz-a-Wrap! Gift Basket's normal hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays. We are also open on occasional weekends throughout the year.

Requests for weekend delivery of gift baskets or completed gift wrapping/shopping orders should be made in advance. Please phone us during regular business hours to determine cut-off dates and times for weekend deliveries. Additional charges for weekend delivery MAY apply. For same-day or mid-week basket or product deliveries, please refer to our Delivery section below.

Full payment of gift basket purchases or is required prior to delivery. Gift wrapping services must be paid for prior to or upon delivery of completed products. To help facilitate this, Itz-a-Wrap! Gift Baskets utilizes Pay Pal as a payment option for credit card holders. Please call us to discuss other payment options if you are unable to access Pay Pal or feel uncomfortable purchasing online. All prices as listed on our website are in Canadian funds and DO NOT INCLUDE 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax) OR delivery charges. Please note, 7% PST (Provincial Sales Tax) will also be applied to any non-food (for human consumption) item included in your basket, i.e., basket base,candles, napkins, glassware, ec. These additional charges will be added to your final invoice. 

Effective December 1st, 2016 we have implemented a MINIMUM $75.00 PURCHASE (base amount before taxes, delivery, services fees, and gift card or special item request purchases) PER EACH DELIVERY ADDRESS. 

Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. Please note, Itz-a-Wrap! Gift Baskets may include products in their baskets that contain nuts or traces of nuts, or may have been stored in an area where nuts may have been present.

Please feel free to contact us to discuss possible modifications to your order (additions, deletions, changes), provide suggestions or comments, or look at ways we can create a special, customized basket for that unique someone or event. We also welcome you to call us outside of our regular operating hours. Please leave a voicemail with your contact information and nature of your request, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. You can also advise us of your requests by indicating them in the comments section on your order form.

At times it may be necessary for us to substitute a product, item, or basket style due to discontinued stock or items being unavailable from a supplier. Should this occur, we will always replace it with an item of equal or superior value.

Please note, once payment has been made, you are considered to be the owner of the basket. B.C. law applicable.

Ways to Order:

 Please note, all prices as listed on our website are in Canadian funds. Applicable taxes and delivery charges and delivery surcharges will automatically be added to the bill.


1. Online - You can order online with a credit card by using our convenient shopping cart. All online transactions are made using 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure the highest integrity and security of your data and processed by PayPal. Please ensure you print a copy of your order before making your final purchase and exiting from the shopping cart. We ask that you provide us with your contact information to verify your order or advise you of changes.

 

2. By Telephone or Email - Orders may be phoned or emailed in. Baskets or gift wrapping/gift shopping services will not be shipped or provided until payment has been received. Please contact us re: ways to send payment. We regret that at this time we are not set-up to process credit card purchases made over the phone.

 

Purchases made online with a credit card will be billed on the day of purchase. Please note, once payment has been made, you are considered to be the owner of the basket.

 

Order Confirmation
Once we have received your order placed via our online shopping cart, we will confirm its receipt via email or callback. In order for us to do this, we will require your phone number and email address. Please note, orders placed after 2:00pm PST Friday will not be confirmed until the following Monday or Tuesday.


Delivery Information

Local Delivery - Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley

 
Delivery charges vary according to the size and weight of your gift basket, the destination, and time sensitivity. These charges + applicable taxes will be determined once we receive your order, and then added to your bill. You will be notified of these additional costs via a separate email or call back.

Delivery service is available Monday to Friday. We can also arrange for weekend delivery, however all requests must be made in advance. Please phone us during regular business hours to determine cut-off dates and times for weekend deliveries. Additional charges for weekend delivery may apply in some cases.

Please note, while we endeavour to accommodate same-day delivery requests, we cannot guarantee this service. Please contact us on the day of, and we can advise you at that time of availability. Per the BC Liquor Control and Licensing Act, requests for baskets containing alcohol can only be ordered and delivered same day (and when we are able to offer this service). Please visit our Policies page to familiarize yourself with our Alcohol Policy. Orders received later in the day will be delivered on the next business day, or you may request RUSH service for an additional surcharge. 

Please note, an evening delivery is often available as an option. We recommend you place your order at least one day in advance. Orders received after 12:00pm PST on Friday may be delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday, unless weekend delivery has been arranged. Customized or special request baskets or bulk Basketini© orders require two to three days advance notice.

Please note, applicable taxes will be added to delivery charges. Delivery surcharges apply to weekend deliveries.

 

B.C. and Out-of-Province Delivery

 Deliveries made to destinations outside of the local delivery area are sent via FedEx ground service or via Canada Post delivery service. For orders being shipped within B.C., please allow 1 - 5 business days for delivery. Shipping times to other provinces range from 2 - 7 business days. Additional charges for shipping cartons (if required) will be applied to your order Please contact us to arrange for delivery/shipping outside the local area. Please note, we are unable to ship baskets containing alcohol outside of the Greater Vancouver area; applicable sections of the federal Importation of Intoxicating Liquors Act apply.


Other Options
If you prefer using your own courier service, this can be arranged once your order has been processed and payment authorized. You may also have the option of collecting your gift basket in person at our downtown Vancouver location. Please call to arrange, or to discuss other delivery options.


Other Delivery Policies and Guidelines
Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address (including postal code) and phone number of the gift basket recipient, as well as your own contact phone number. The contact information is required in the event that a wrong address has been provided to Itz-A-Wrap! Additional charges will be applied to the second delivery attempt and any beyond that for wrong addresses.

Please include any special delivery instructions in the comment box on the order form.

During the Christmas season and other high volume times, we recommend you place your order with us well in advance to ensure we meet your delivery deadline. We cannot guarantee same-day delivery during these peak times.

Itz-a-Wrap Gift Baskets will endeavour to provide you with the best delivery service possible. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, i.e. inclement weather, bridge delays, 3rd-party courier services, heavier-than-normal traffic, etc., delivery may be delayed. There may be other delays in sending your order due to item unavailability. Should this occur, we will contact you promptly and see if we can rectify the problem by substituting with an equal or greater valued item.
