Returns & Exchanges
Itz-a-Wrap! Gift Baskets is committed to providing you with quality service and products. All baskets and their contents are quality controlled before delivery. We also take great care in ensuring a safe and timely delivery.
Gift baskets are sold as a packaged deal and as most contain food or beverage products, they are non-refundable. Should your gift basket and/or some or all of its contents arrive to you or the recipient damaged, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace any of the damaged items provided we are contacted within 48 hours of delivery and have the damaged product(s) available for return to our office. Any refunds or credits will be issued to the purchaser of the gift basket only.
A gift basket recipient may request to exchange a non-perishable or non-food/beverage item for a more suitable item (i.e. different colour, size, etc.) if the request is received within 72 hours after delivery. The replacement item will be of equal value.
Special request items that have been especially ordered for your basket may not be returned or exchanged.
Customer Satisfaction
We want to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with Itz-a-Wrap's! products, services, and customer relations. If our gift baskets or any of the products included with them do not meet your expectations, please contact us within two days of receipt to discuss solutions and options. Delivery/shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any return of complete, intact non-perishable gift baskets are subject to a 20% processing fee off the total amount purchased.
From time-to-time we may need to substitute basket styles or products or make small changes to our gift baskets. Should this occur, we will always replace the original item with one of equal or greater value.
In its pursuit to be one of Vancouver's most original and unique gift basket companies, Itz-a-Wrap! Gift Baskets is continually searching out new, interesting, and quality products. At times we will replace advertised products by introducing new products, and welcome your feedback on these.

Cancellation of Orders
Customers may cancel their gift basket order provided Itz-a-Wrap! receives a cancellation request within 2 hours after the order has been placed. After this time, cancellations will be at the discretion of Itz-a-Wrap's! management. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 20% processing fee for any labour or service performed prior to receiving the cancellation request. Customized gift basket purchasers will not be able to cancel any specialty food or gift item orders that have been bought for the basket prior to the cancellation request. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Sales Tax
B.C. provincial sales tax of 7% will be added to all gift basket orders containing non-food products (excluding most books) upon checkout. Sales tax will be applied to the cost of the non-food items ONLY. If, however, the gift basket contains mostly non-food (taxable) items, tax will be applied according to the price of the entire basket.
Alcohol Policy
Itz-a-Wrap! Gift Baskets provides you with the option of adding alcohol or non-alcohol beverages to your gift baskets.
In compliance with BC liquor laws as outlined in the BC Liquor Control and Licensing Act and the Regulations under this Act, Itz-a-Wrap! Gift Baskets is bound by the following:
• Alcohol may be added to a gift basket only if the gift basket is to be delivered within the province of British Columbia, Canada.
• We are not permitted to store or stock-pile alcohol on our premises.
• When purchasing alcohol on your behalf, we are considered under the Act to be a delivery service. Customers will be charged for the alcohol at the liquor store price. A service charge will be added to your order when providing this delivery service.
• We are not able to deliver alcohol to a public place or to persons intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
• The legal drinking age in British Columbia is 19. Gift baskets containing alcohol will not be sold or delivered to anyone under the age of 19. Any person appearing to be under the age of 25 will be asked to present 2 pieces of identification at the time of delivery.
• We are not able to advertise any alcohol company brand names on our website.
Privacy Policy
Itz-a-Wrap! Gift Baskets follows the ten principles outlined in the Protection of Privacy and Personal Information statutes.
The personal information you provide to us such as your first and last names, mailing address, contact phone and fax number(s), and email address are collected so that an account may be opened and your order processed in a timely and accurate manner. We also use the personal information you provide to confirm your order or to contact you in the event of a discrepancy with your order, incorrect delivery address, denied payment, or to notify you of a substitution or item out-of-stock. We also collect your financial information such as credit card number and company, name card issued to, and expiration date so that we further process your order by collecting funds for products or services you are purchasing.
We also collect the names, addresses and phone numbers of gift basket recipients in order to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the gift basket.
When you place an online order with Itz-a-Wrap! Gift Baskets and use your credit card to pay for goods, the law recognizes that you have consented to providing your personal information by implication.
All personal information collected on the purchaser or recipient is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or trade our client lists. From time-to-time we may contact you by email to advise you of special promotional offers being extended to clients. We use appropriate safeguards in protecting your personal information.

Security
All online transactions are made using 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure the highest integrity and security of your data.
If you prefer not to order online, please contact us at (778) 862-4244 in Greater Vancouver or toll free at 1-877-862-4244 to discuss other ordering and payment options. We recommend, however, that you use our online shopping cart to begin placing your order. Simply save (and print) your order prior to entering your credit card information. At this time we regret that we are unable to process credit card purchases by phone.

Gift Baskets and are protected by law as copyrighted materials and protected under intellectual property law. These may not used, copied or reproduced without the written permission of Itz-a-Wrap! Applicable Law
Buyers should be informed that when purchasing a product or service from Itz-a-Wrap! Gift Baskets, the terms of the sale are to be interpreted according to British Columbia laws.
